Amazon Login

Amazon login issues are very infrequent and for the most part involve user error in password or user name combinations. Occasionally, we’ve heard reports of Amazon login troubles at peak hours, but these login issues are very few and far between.

Background

Amazon.com was founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994 and has grown to become the largest retailer on the web. Amazon provides services to both consumers and companies with their cloud computing division. Most of Amazon’s revenue, however, comes from sales direct to consumers. Amazon purchased Zappos, the online shoe company, in 2009 to expand their portfolio of products and services to consumers. Amazon.com is one of the most trusted brands on the internet.

Competitors

Amazon competes primarily with brick and mortar retailers where you can actually go into a store and check out the merchandise. Amazon also competes with Walmart in the e-commerce division.

Common Issues

Most Amazon login issues are resolved with their password reset tool that is available directly from the Amazon website. Other Amazon issues include shipping delays from Amazon.com direct purchases and many more issues from their network of third-party shippers who send items on behalf of Amazon but actually run their own businesses.

When I try to access the Amazon.com login page, I get redirected to an error page that says:
    Website restore error
We were unable to return you to amazon.com
